I am not sure if you have heard but yes, a ghost ship with Cannibal Rats aboard is sailing towards Great Britain. If you do not know don't worry baby birds, I will feed you. The Lyubov Orlova is abandoned, no humans aboard, adrift in the Atlantic. Aimlessly this ship is propelled by the currents. The Lyubov Orlova was built for the Far East Shipping Company back in 1976 as a 4,200 ton cruise ship. It was made in Yugoslavia, it purpose, to cruise the cold regions of the world. She normally sailed the Artic and Antartic. In Sept. 2010, she was seized by Canadian authorities at St John's Newfoundland due to debts totaling $251,000 US. So there she sat.

Now you CAN blame Canada.

In 2012, she was sold for scraps. Initial destination, the Dominican Republic. After one day of being towed from the dock, the tow line snapped. And she began her first unguided float. The Tug boat unsuccessfully tried to reattach the line. Waves and storm conditions forced them to abandon their attempt. 

At this time the Lyubov Orlova was slowly drifting eastward off the southeastern end of the Avalon Peninsula in Canada. An offshore supply vessel named the Atlantic Hawk was task to regain control of the drifting ship. The Atlantic Hawk gained control of the ship and pulled her out to international waters to avoid being a risk to the oil and gas operations in the region. Once in international waters the Transport Dept. of Canada decided to cut her loose. They claimed safety reasons why they cut the ship loose. 

Referring to the Rats, Canada's National Post explained that the vessel pretty much sat on it's fat metal butt in the dock for over two years. This "virtually guaranteeing" that the ship is infested with hundreds these little bastards. And since there's no food aboard, the rats likely turned on each other. 

Transport Canada stated that the owner of the vessel is in charge of her movements. And that they should also take responsibility for tracking of the ship. 

Now this diseased cannibal rat-infested cruise liner is heading straight for Great Britain. The Prime Minister of Great Britain is not too worried. When asked if he was going to dispatch the Royal Navy to intercept the "ghost ship" he replied, "It sounds like we have a start of a B-rated movie script!" 

Canada's Prime Minister stated to Great Britain and the world, "Soory 'boot that, eh hosiers".

The 49ers Sad Loss to the Seahawks.

Ok, now that the dust has settled on last nights Niners loss to Seattle. And that the realization has set in that my 49ers are not going to the Superbowl, I can now put a more calm perspective on the game.

Before we go into the full dynamics mistakes and others let us first examine the quarterbacks.

These two are fairly evenly matched on the air game with yardage and completions. Except Wilson does have the more yardage on passes that counted and of course no picks. As far as yards on the ground, Kaepernick actually has more yards on the ground at 130 yards rushing than Seattle had overall at 115 yards. I would have to rate Kaepernick as the better of the two QBs. He had better pocket presence, better composure while under pressure and shown more athleticism than Wilson. The rushing of Kaepernick vs the team Seattle (not a single player) was greater.

As you can see it was a very, very close game indeed. Although, Seattle claims the 12th man to be the crowd noise, it did not seem to affect the offensive line. Only one false start on SF. 

Nonetheless, Seattle may have won the game, but it was their ability to capitalize on SF's errors. And it was a good knock-down drag out fight til the end. Not one sided in the least bit. Also, SF had 3 turnovers whereas Seattle only had 1.

Then it was the very last throw to Crabtree in the corner and tipped by Sherman which allowed an interception to occur that sealed the Niner's fate. In my opinion, there were a few Bullshit penalty calls but it was a good game.

Kaepernick being as athletic as he was and in my words played a hell of a game. He still took the loss personally and blamed only him. He felt that he didn't play hard enough to win. In my book this makes him a true leader and a class act. In addition, Patrick Willis said, "We win as a team and we loose as a team" again showing the true grit of the SF 49ers.

Now it will be Seattle vs Denver in Superbowl XLVIII.

So my pick come Superbowl Sunday will be Denver. I feel that Payton "Omaha" Manning will be able to stomp a hove into the face of the Seahawks.

I know it is not Halloween yet. And I cannot wait for it to be Halloween, it is my favorite holiday. 

I have things that pop out at people as the walk up to my house. 

Sadly my hidden camera stopped working.

Guess I am gonna need a new one. Hint-hint for a Birthday present.

Hey Party People, 

Sorry it has been awhile since my last blog. 

The holiday season had me running crazy. I just want to wish Happy Hanuka to my Jewish friends, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. 

As 2013 came to an end, I had several craziness happen. Especially in the winter. My Halloween decorations has always been a major hit in my neighborhood. 

  

But the sad part was because of an Ice Storm, I was not able to get my Christmas Decorations up in time for our HOA judging. So, I lost the Christmas decoration contest for the first time in THREE years. Held the title of Best Kids Theme since the contest began. Oh well, there is next year. And sadly, I have already started planning for it.
